Please read our service rules carefully to understand the policies governing our campaign orchestration and chatbot tools.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MetaAds Pro, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must immediately terminate system usage. Your continued use establishes a legally binding contract.
2. Service Scope and User Accounts
• We provide Meta Ads reporting, rule orchestration, and automatic chatbot responses for pages. • You are fully responsible for maintaining key confidentiality (Access Tokens, login codes) linked to the workspace. • Creating duplicate mock profiles, spam accounts, or violating third-party IP rights is strictly prohibited.
3. Billing, Subscriptions and Cancellations
• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or yearly cycle, as indicated in your chosen plan. • Payments are processed securely via Stripe. • You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Billing Settings. No further renewals will be charged after cancellation.
4. Prohibited System Actions
You agree not to use our system to: • Generate spam, distribute abusive media, or violate Meta Platform Policies. • Reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or distribute any source code of MetaAds Pro. • Exceed the API call rate limits or token allowances set in your respective plan.
5. Disclaimer and Liability Limits
• The platform is provided 'as is' without any express or implied warranties. • We are an independent software system and NOT officially affiliated with Meta Platforms Inc. We do not assume responsibility for page bans or ad account suspensions applied by Meta due to policy violations. • We are not liable for any financial losses or indirect damages caused by API downtime, webhook delays, or service disruptions.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by local applicable laws. In the event of a dispute, users agree to seek an amicable resolution through support contact first. Unresolved matters will be escalated to competent judicial courts.
